Within the provisions of the state law, the Board of Trustees adopts the following policies:
- Books and other materials will be accepted on the condition that the Library Director has authority to make whatever disposition he/she/they deems advisable.
- Gifts of money, real property, and/or stock will be accepted if conditions attached thereto are acceptable to the Board of Trustees and the County Commissioners.
