In order to serve the interests of our users and respect the rights of others, the Otsego County Library restricts the use of cell phones in the library building. Cell phones must be turned off or set to vibrate while in the library. Patrons who need to make or take an extended cell phone call may be asked to leave the building temporarily. Patrons leaving the building to use a cell phone should be sure to take their belongings with them. Inappropriate cell phone use should be reported to a library staff member at the nearest service desk.
